Pastor Ashley has created a forum for fellowship and mentoring of the lay ministers of the church while also allowing them the opportunity for more participation in the ministerial aspect of the church.
The FLAME Fellowship of the CHRIST CENTER CHURCH serves to train, support, and enhance the ministry of those individuals who believe they are called to one or more areas of the five-fold ministry of Jesus Christ.

The FLAME Fellowship serves as ecclesiastical (help relating to the church) and clerical (help relating to clerk) support for the pastorate of the Christ Center Church and operates in accordance with the "Vision of the House" to assist the senior pastor in the
"…Perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and the edifying of the Body of Christ."
The purpose of the Christ Center Church FLAME Fellowship is to identify and prepare faithful members of our local assembly who have professed a divine calling on their lives to the five-fold ministry of Jesus Christ.
We endeavor to present to Almighty God, to our Senior Pastor, to our church family, and to the Body of Christ at-large, trained, mature, and yielded servants of God; who are prepared for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, and for the edifying of the Body of Jesus Christ.
Our purpose is fulfilled through extensive training workshops, School of the Prophets certifications, monthly meetings, monthly outreaches, private/peer tutoring, and quarterly evaluations.
Our purpose is moreover fulfilled through successful completion of the rigorous, in-depth, and professional requirements of the FLAME Fellowship, enabling persons to be officially licensed and ordained to preach the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ.
The Christ Center Church FLAME Fellowship produces exceptional licensed and ordained ministers who are equipped to serve in all facets and capacities of contemporary Christian service.
